In early November 2022, a recurring theme from the auto glass trade's calibration conversations crystallized into a distinct customer service challenge: drivers were relying on ADAS systems to perform functions those systems could not actually deliver—and when glass shops performed technically correct replacements and calibrations, some customers still returned dissatisfied with system behavior that was operating as designed.
